Tracks Bazaar is a project I worked on with Kick Ass Concepts (https://www.kickassconcepts.com/) in Greensboro, NC. This was a 7 acre site just outside of Downtown Greensboro. When I started working on the project it was still an operating lumber yard. Through community events, festivals, food truck nights and lots of phone calls and letters, I was able to sign the cornerstone tenant, Dram and Draught out of Raleigh, NC.
